Titre | Toward Quantization of Galois Theory |
Résumé | Pursuit of q-analogue of hypergeometric function goes back to the 19th century. In this procedure, the function seems to be quantized, but the Galois group of q-hypergeometric function being the Galois group of linear q-difference equations is a linear algebraic group. A natural question arises: Does there exist a q-analogue, for which the Galois group is a proper Hopf algebra, i.e. a Hopf algebra that is neither commutative nor co-commutative? The answer is positive. |
