Titre  "Complexity = Action" or "Complexity = Volume" ? 
Résumé  The two conjectures " Complexity = Action" (CA) or "Complexity = Volume" (CV), have been proposed as the holographic dual of quantum computational complexity, along with suggestion for subregional (mixed state) holographic complexity inspired by bulk encoding of the reduced density matrix. We have evaluated the holographic complexity in a simple defect model with a thin AdS_2 brane inside AdS_3 and found distinct features for those two conjectures, namely that a log divergence appears in the CV while CA doesn't see the defect at all. This work highlights a case where the two holographic conjectures give different predictions. I will also report on some progress in a free field theory construction with a conformal defect.
