Topological material is kind of material with time reversal symmetry and novel quantum state of matter, and becomes one of the hottest topics in condensed-matter physics. In this talk, I will report our recent work on the observation of the negative magnetoresistance, manifesting as the chiral anomaly, in topological Dirac semimetal Cd3As2 microribbons in parallel magnetic fields and superconducting proximity induced Andreev reflection and zero-bias conductance peak (ZBCP) in topological insulator/superconductors (Bi2Se3/NbSe2) heterostructures. |
