| Résumé | I will discuss various results constraining supergravity as an effective theory for quantum gravity. I will mainly focus on the scale separation problem and the existence and consistency of de Sitter vacua. I will also address some recent developments that may challenge our understanding of low energy effective theories with supersymmetry breaking vacua. |
